Did you know that honey breaks down more slowly than sugar, avoiding the “sugar crash”? I learned this along with how to pronounce “oligosaccharide” when producing this video. It’s a mixed media piece, bringing together brand graphics, stock imagery, footage from Nature Nate’s own library and even some slow-mo of honey and sugar shot in the studio. And, this is one of those cases where my “scratch voiceover” made the final cut.
