Each year, Berklee hosts BRASS Day to recognize and appreciate staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. The Digital Learning Department was tasked with creating a video to introduce the Leadership & Mentoring award. We asked Berklee staff members what being a good leader meant to them, and then animated scenes to align with the best sound bites.
